    Savin 9115,2013 or Ricoh FT4015,FT4018,FT3813

    I have a Savin 9115 that is giving me dark background. It looks like the dark background is the image of the back side of a two sided copy. Has any one seen this?

    Drum cleaning blade or fuser most likely.

      You can try to clean all the mirror and check if the exposure lamp have black spot.

        your developer is overtoned... check your developer history.. if its not then your developer data is out of range.. this is a common problem w/ this ricoh type models.
        Just came out from hybernation.....

          exposure lamp usually loses its brillliance, also check 1st scanner position

            replaced main board and adjusted expo lamp. that fit the problem.
