    MP301 SCAN TO EMAIL

    HI
    I am picking up a mp301 and need to know can it be connected for scan to email via smtp.gmail.com settings?
    I learned how to do this on mpc401 and mpc3003 and need to know does this box work the same?

      Yes exactly the same set up as any MP Ricoh you may need to update the firmware to support gmail.

          It does not need a firmware upgrade to support this, only if you are doing scan to folder.
          You will need to enable SSL over SMTP at the panel of the machine, you can't do it in the webpage on this model.
