Have you even tried to lookup the service code in the service manual? Or maybe used Goose's Guide?

that's too much work.. easier just to come here give little info on what he has done/tried, then expect us to guide him step by step on the repair.

Did you replace the motor with the new motor PN D1361212 specified in the bulletin or did you try replacing the pinion gear?

If you've already replaced that part, it could possibly be the belt lift HP sensor at the back of the ITB unit.Or the lift mechanism itself.

The best way to check the lift motor unit that you replaced is to remove the ITB unit, reach in to the cavity and manually turn the coupling that drives the ITB lift mechanism. If it turns freely then it's faulty.
The entire lift motor assembly part number is D1361025 should you need it.
