    In fact, one can't even set a default subject. A subject has to be entered / selected each time. I haven't checked the status with the newer style apps on the SOP, but I believe my prior comment holds true for all older devices that are non-SOP.
    Then explain why when I scan an email to myself that information is entered as the subject. Now since I don't bother with email on crap machines like the 161 so it might be different.

    And yes on a decent model you can set a default. Just go to settings and enter a subject. Then before you do the scan merely program as default.
