          the sp setting values ​​are found in the birth certificate, then if the machine does not perform the initialization correctly, the sensor t could have a problem in the K unit. What operations have you performed before the error besides the 3801-003? did you replace something ??

              If you ran the SP without first replacing developer correctly you have broken machine, call a tech that has experience with this machine or update the toner belching beast.

                    If you put new Dev in need to check dev fill set are all 1111 also dev initialize set 1111, if any other numbers other than 1 need to re initialize that dev, not supposed to but may get you out of a never ending problem, if this is ok do a pro con density via sp mode, worth a try

                        Good,call but don't use a vac on it as sometimes you can damage TD sensor, new dev unit in that case as TD not available on it's own.

                          Actually the sensor is available on its own. There is a usable part number on the label. What is not available is the two sided foam mounting tape.
