    [Misc] dark background printout from phone ricoh connector mp 3352

    Hi,

    I have ricoh mp 3352 giving dark background when printout from phone app, ricoh connector.
    Printing from laptop computer have no problem with the backgroud , also for photocopy.
    Is there any setting for the phone app ricoh connector to change the dark background or any other phone
    app I can use.

      try to print by configuring the printer on Google cloud print through your pc then you will manage the settings from there.

          Also all firmwares including the pdf, Web, network, etc

              Don't forget Google Cloud Print is going away this year...

                  Ricoh does provide cloud services. A little pricy from what I have heard.

                      Base price is $10 USD per month for the base product and it comes with a scan to email OCR solution. The seller can set their own price.
