MPC3504 Can't get into SP mode

We just purchased a used MPC3504. We cannot get into service mode. Admin authentication is off. Service mode lock is off. We can get into 143 service mode. Is there even a way to change the key combination for service mode? We tried 107 instead of the normal way just to be safe but still no luck.

*Update 1* Just updated firmware on the machine and smart op panel to be safe. No change

*Update 2* After speaking with a Ricoh trainer he had us try 107107 and it worked. Very weird.

Some do not want to remember the new SP combination and therefore change it to the old one, only it has to be six digits so they use 107107.

Once in service mode you can set it back to default with SP5081.
