Enabling User Code Function
Start the web browser and access the machine by entering its IP address.
The top page of Web Image Monitor appears.
Click [Restrict Available Functions].
Enter the administrator password if required, and then click [Apply].
Check that the [Available Functions] tab is selected.
Select the [Restrict] check box in the function you want to restrict.
Click [Apply].
Registering a New User Code
Start the web browser and access the machine by entering its IP address.
The top page of Web Image Monitor appears.
Click [Restrict Available Functions].
Enter the administrator password if required, and then click [Apply].
Select the [Available Functions per User] tab.
Select the entry to register, and then click [Change].
Register information as necessary.
- User Name can contain up to 16 characters.
- User Code can contain up to 8 characters.
- When the [Copying] or [Printing] check box is selected, the user is allowed to use the function.
Click [Apply].
Click [Logout].
Close the web browser. - User Name can contain up to 16 characters.
