This is known issue you need to update the Network firmware.

Out of curiosity.
Could you indicate version of the Operating System, to which you intend to link the folders?
Device grinder?
In case the firmware update wasn't effective, are you aware of installing FTP?

I wouldn't trust anything from someone with Red cards and a bogus account. He is a hacker.

His posts say he is farhad, he joined this month, he is from Ankara which is the capital of Turkey and that he now has 24 posts (all this weekend).
When you view his Profile it says he is farhad2009, he joined ten years ago, he is from Iran and does not list any posts history.

I do not recommend, nor would I recommend sending files by WhatsApp, nor means of messaging.
There are more than proven reasons for security flaws in our mobile devices, because of improper use or ignorance, in which we may suffer very unpleasant situations, and more in current times than the percentage of electronic attacks that have increased.
With this I do not want to imply, that this is against the user quoted here, but for similar management, always from sources or trusted people.

Hi everybody,

I am quoting this post because I am needing a newest FW for MP5002 in order to enable SMB2/3 scanning.

We are a Sharp Tech service firm, we were Ricoh dealer but for commercial reason we moved to Sharp.
We do not have access to Ricoh Technical Websites anymore but for one of the last Ricoh MP5002 machine in field we need to update FW.

Can you help me to get a FW download anywhere?

Ricoh and Ricoh dealers, can provide techs with the most recent firmware, they ask for payments for a commercial reason though.
