A Ricoh pro C5100 photocopier had a problem that just to save directly from the computer to the server document, it didn't just store the custom size.
To solve this problem, I think that the operator may have done something in the device's mode service. That's why I entered the code 5801 in the device, but after restarting the device, it doesn't recognize the toner cartridges at all. I entered the code 5061.
But the message was that the cartridges were empty
I installed the new toner chip, but it still didn't work
I served the whole topper hopper, but it still didn't work
In addition, the problem of storing custom sizes was not solved
Has anyone ever had this problem?
