Hi everyone
I am a technician
A Ricoh pro C5100 photocopier had a problem that just to save directly from the computer to the server document, it didn't just store the custom size.
To solve this problem, I think that the operator may have done something in the device's mode service. That's why I entered the code 5801 in the device, but after restarting the device, it doesn't recognize the toner cartridges at all. I entered the code 5061.
But the message was that the cartridges were empty
I installed the new toner chip, but it still didn't work
I served the whole topper hopper, but it still didn't work
In addition, the problem of storing custom sizes was not solved
Has anyone ever had this problem?

You had better have the birth certificate for the machine. Otherwise in running SP 5801-001 you have cratered the machine by erasing all initial factory settings. You now have a very expensive boat anchor.

I thought that there were a number of honorable and enlightened colleagues here who could be easily contacted and befriended.

I am a professional technician who has gained all 16 years of experience based on my self-confidence and reading manual service books.
When I visited this site, I thought that maybe there are honorable colleagues here with whom I can establish friendly relations
