I would tell him to feed 2nd side thru bypass and see if it happens.
IT is a 7-8 yr old box so when a customer comes at me with this weird stuff i tell
that and if they want to pay my hourly to troubleshoot then i will try to figure it out..
most times they will not pay.

indeed! it is since new that the customer reports this problem to me, he has never put pressure on it because it rarely happens, and he told me if when I could I would have inquired to solve it, without haste
