[Jamming] dirt in the fuser causes jams ricoh pro8120s

Good morning, I would like to know if anyone can help me, I am working with a Ricoh Pro8120s and despite having changed all the cleaning elements a short time ago, dirt is still accumulating on the front side of the fuser pressure, I don't know if it is toner, traces of paper dust or lubricating bar, or all at once, I attach an image so you can see it, what can it be? I checked the ITB cleaning unit but I don't find anything abnormal

I get the same thing on my units, but mostly from units that have worn out pressure rolls. I have noticed the more wore they get, the more that white dusting appears. I think its a combination of paper dust and the coating on the pressure roller being scraped off by the thermometers. I just clean it off and make a note to have a spare pressure roller handy.

I think I ran into the problem, the transfer roller is scratched right up to where the pressure roller gets dirty, I think those streaks make the transfer roller blade unable to clean it properly and some of it ends up in the fuser , Thank you
