    Ricoh MP C6503 SM?

    hello People,
    Hope all is cool and safe haven't really been on for a while kind a slow now a days, but 1 customer needs me to service
    Ricoh MP C6503....pretty new for my blood so don't have a SM...any for sale downloadable?

    This is not really the kind of machine you want to service if you are not trained on.

      Boss, a million thanks please, so owe you a Beer or coffee....didn't get the client I think but wanted to be prepared before going in.....and wow
      these machines aren't no joke, just to change a dam Black cleaner unit is a B!!@@#...but thanks again you came thru be safe

        Cl.unit is piece of cake compared to the fusing replacement!

            Fuser is fritten nightmare. First time will take most of day and you will worry if it will work after completed. We had a tech who got pretty good at it and he did them all.
            I've proved mathematics wrong. 1 + 1 doesn't always equal 2.........

              Black charge and cleaning assy should take you around 30 mins all up....I did one yesterday
              Sux when you have to do the whole set...just time consuming but the job itself is pretty simple.
              As others have said though...if you need to refurb a fuser and you've never done one....be prepared to piss away a day.

                I work on the Pro version of these, fuser's aren't to bad] after you've done 1 or 2 i can do it in 2 / 2.5 hours taking my time, cleaning it up as i go. most time consuming PM process is replacing the developer, especially if you have to do all four.
