    Hey Mark.
I appreciate any and all resources that members are willing to share, so thank you.
The more tools I have the better prepared I am .
And while many ungrateful people have commented in the past on some documentation that it's useless to them, "because it only applies to older units", that couldn't be farther from the truth in my case, and countless others.
What is also true is that while models like Cxx04 series and newer may not be included, they still share many of the same error messages, and behaviors, etc. as their predecessors, so there is a use for it even if a specific model isn't listed
All that said, I'm wondering if you may not be aware of the fairly recent North American version that was posted by Zed255 last year.
    Here: Goose's Guide
To me, it's just a more thorough, convenient, customizable version in .XLS format

But thanks for sharing just the same!

I agree with you Sandy. I have been using the Excel version of Goose's Guide for almost 20 years. On one of my old laptops I had a release of it that had a second sheet that was cross reference from model names to the product codes.

          Agreed.

Lately there are some folks coming to CTN and expecting instant solutions as if by magic wand!

Goose's guide has been a lifeline through the years, pointing to possible causes that no Ricoh manual even mentioned!

Thanks again for updating this wonderful resource!

The Goose Guide is an Awesome resource. Especially for the older models.
They seem to have gotten very lazy with it, or people just aren't reporting solutions to things, or Ricoh just isn't posting the solutions. Up until about the Cxx02 or Cxx03 range, they had just about every common SC code/ jam code/ etc., but now each machine from the 03's on up have maybe a dozen things total listed in the GG.
            Still A great tool.

If you were an authorized Ricoh-USA technician you would know what it is and how to access it.

So, if you can help me, that would be nice. My latest goose guide is from june 2017 and I know there is a new one.
