        i dont know why i can't download files here. Tried with a premium account for a month, but still same problem.

          Works in Europe too? because i have the same problem, you mean if i call Ricoh Italy (we are Ricoh dealer, with acess to manuals, firmware etc) and they send me the latest Goose guide?

              Because we are dealers, we not receive the latest version...don t know why. I will try to submit a ticket on service now( old ricess).
              But i thought this forum is to help each others...not to send me to ricoh support which sometimes is very time consuming..

                  Here to help with those things that are not readily available for download on manufacturer's support websites. As for Goose's Guide, I feel it should be treated as service documentation and requested in the Service Manual Requests forum.

                  IMHO the last decent GG was April 2013. The newer ones suck.

                      how is something that is dated 2013 going to help? 8 year old docs IMHO are worthless.

                        Who said anyrhing about 2013? I have GG june 2017 and i wanted 2019 or 2020. For me is very useful.
