Does the toner rub off? Looks like a fusing pressure problem to me.

Edit: could also be a transfer/seperation problem if toner does not run off

If Prints are fine then I would not suspect the fuser (oven).
If it's just a copy problem then it could be a number of things.
What have you done so far to try to fix??

      Have you;
      Cleaned the scanner glass?
      Cleaned the optics?
Clear "Copier Application Memory in SP mode, and then Run ACC?
SBU good? Could try swapping with another one.
Copier settings (Density, Text/ Photo, etc). correct?

Let us know what you did before you replaced fuser (oven), and PCU.

You say the fuser (oven) is new what part number was it? as the MP C3002 fuser is not the same.

Are you using Genuine Ricoh toner?

I've come across a couple of non gen Black toners in specific that cause cold off-setting similar to your example

I have had a piece of paper follow the transfer belt, It caused the print to smear like this. The paper gets just past the top of the of the belt unit and cannot be seen from the side, the ITB needs to be removed to get the paper out.

The first things I always did on color machine with light copies was to clean the optics and then run Auto Color Calibration in User Tools. More often than not that was all that needed to be done.

+1 on this. IMHO this should be the 1st thing done to any color machine that has PQ/CQ problems.

Weak exposure lamp or power output to lamp is not enough get full brightness. Clean and inspect optics and check SC's for exposure errors.

Clean optics, ID sensors and then run acc for all modes.

I would say that it is a fuserdid you change the complete and new fuser?or just the fixing sleeve?I bought some and they came out perverse generics.make sure it is the original or a good genericThe case can also be given for generic toner of poor quality, from another reference, etc.but I lean towards the fuser.

No, I asked you this before!

What fuser sleeve/part number did you fit?

In fact, i have the same problem and that is called ghost image or offset.
the same problem you have here.
I have replaced only the sleeve unit, but it didn't help.
A mpc3002 (of spc830) fusing unit can be used in a c5502 if you swap the bottom plate and connector.
