    Ok, if you put it together, that means you had things disassembled. If it was imaging before you did that, you need to backtrack everything that you did and check for self-made problems like unseated connectors and such. If you pulled and vacuumed the LD unit, it is possible you smoked a pcb with static, or a cable was reinstalled incorrectly.

      I don't have any of this model, but is it possible the cap from the old toner bottle is stuck in the toner supply unit?
