      What problems are you getting? firmware should only be available to credited service engineers

          but i need update the firmware old version still at machine never been update
          how can i log inn any member ship to get the firmware ,thanks

              Firmware is Ricoh's intellectual property. Call an authorized Ricoh dealer or branch and have them send out a tech.
