Most likely some type of User Authentication which can be turned off in either WIM or User Tools - System Settings - Administrator Tools. If it is Kerberos or some other high security authentication protocol you may also need to turn off IEEE 802.11.

If you're an end user and not a tech, and I'm pretty sure that's the case based on the limited information of your query.
Depending on who, what, when, and where this machine was, it could be heavily locked down with passwords, and restrictions.
I'm finding it more and more common these days, and with all due respect, there is not one single solution. There are a variety of the things that may prevent you from getting it set up on a network, if you're not specifically familiar with the technical aspects of RICOH devices,
all of which have been discussed in detail in multiple threads

"Company login" you need to clarity, as there is no such thing as this.

Can you post a picture of this message?

Sounds like they have a software solution installed.
