[Misc] Ricoh and Nuance Equitrac Card Reader

I've purchased some Equitrac USB Gen2 Card readers for my Ricoh machines, they work. I want to
be able to reconfig the readers for specific card types.


Would anyone be able to help me find this program:

Kofax / Nuance Equitrac Reader Maintainer.



Haven't had much luck myself as Nuance, Equitrac were taken over by Kofax.
Baltech in Germany ( who actually made the readers for Equitrac ) aren't allowed to support them


Any help would be appreciated!

Hi,
I've stumbled across this thread as I'm looking to do a similar thing to the OP - I have a couple of Equitrac readers that I'd like to be able to configure for a small project but not able to get over the first hurdle of downloading the software! If anyone is able to share, would be most grateful :-)

Dear Cipher

I've seen that you have this Equitrac Reader Maintainer Tool. I bought several Y591-EMIF-202 readers on an auction and I'd like to make an entry system using these readers. Unfortunately the communication protocol is kept secret, so I can read cards, but can't set LED color or make it beep. I hope the software might give some clues. Could you please send the software to me in PM? (Or anybody else)
