IS there any setting on a SP 5210 sr that i am missing to do mixed ADF sizes

Is there a setting so the sp 5210sr can feed both letter and legal and switch paper trays?
Also when scanning mixed sizes?

5127 [APS Mode]*CTL [0: Not disabled/ 1: Disabled]001 This program disables the APS.
is aps auto paper select?

5195 [Limitless SW] DFU ?

From the copy function screen you should be able to set for mixed originals.

Firmware:

Then on the copy screen/ scanner touch you'll have the option available under "original type" and select "mixed sizes".

BTW...same for the MP301 and a couple other units i think

All FW was up to date so I messed with my shop machine that has updated FW and found SP 5076-01 TO BE the issue.
I changed it to "1" and now get mixed originals..
That was not even shown in my manual???

i tried turning on APS, which i thought was AUTO PAPER SELECT but a no go doing that..
And i will have to either have account make the change or stop there,1 hr drive away..
I brought a bunch of sp 5210,sp5210 sr back from the dead with sc 530s and sc 820 codes that
sat in the corner due to lack of free time...............

since march i have a lot of free time...................

it is odd i never had this issue before...
default is to not allow legal letter mixed feeding ..
I am glad it will be able to feed mixed originals

Ricoh likes to change defaults occasionally. An example is the Auto Release of Address when scanning. The default used to be OFF. Then with Cxx02 model line they changed it to ON. Of course they didn't let anyone know about the change in advance. So if you had customers who were used to walking up to the MFP with multiple documents that they wanted to scan separately but to the same folder or email address, within a day or two after delivering a new machine you got a call from the customer and had to call tech support to find out how to change it.

Could be worse issues with these machines...
For what i need they serve their purpose..
