    SUPER SERVICE MODE TO CHANGE admin log on ricoh color printers?

    hi
    i am messing wth a SPC320DN and the IT guys changed the default admin/super info.and IP address is 10.10.10.43
    I want to get into sp 5846-046 but cant in normal service mode..
    There must be another way?
    PM is ok..

    Do you by chance mean supervisor mode?

      You need to be in Factory SP mode to access sp 5846-046.

        Log into the WIM as 'supervisor' 10.10.10.43 & you can change the admin password.

          i never used factory mode on any color printers only copiers..

            I couldnt as my router is 192.168.1.1
            I ended up getting machine to reset to DHCP by normal service mode,resetting printer settings.
            And then changed admin password to blank..
            I hate IT guys mucking with stuff so just to have power and purpose............
