When you replaced the pump and hose were they a new pump and hose assembly from Ricoh or did you take them from another machine?Did you get a kink in the hose when installing it? You may also need to replace the toner nozzle at the back end of the toner cartridge tray.

When I went back and pulled everything apart again indeed the hose was kinked behind the wire assembly going to the pump that I had noticed
