    I am having a problem with both ricoh pro 5100 and mp c6502 both error sc 672-11 need your help

      Since you have two different models and one is color and the other is B/W, make separate posts for each machine in the proper technical forum. https://www.copytechnet.com/forums/r...tetner-lanier/

          Ricoh don't make a b/w Pro 5100.

                      Agree Slim. I'm member of a few forums and from many years I see how people degraded in therms of total ignorance and lack of ability to make simple clear question. Because of that I tend to strongly support even endusers here when I see intelligent post and thinking.

                          Sorry but the error is on your part. And the original poster. He only specified one as a color machine. Maybe you should start helping people with advice instead of criticizing those that do so.
