Youre right. Thanks, i forgot that detail. Ive spent too much time with the SOP recently.

That is why I asked him if he had the SOP.

Press User Tools button (Third Button on the right...has a small 123 on it)
Press Login Button (Second Button on the right...has a key icon on it)
Login as admin, system settings, administrator tools, administrator authentication management.
Disable the settings that require administrative login.

Or somebody just customized the admin functions and has created a separate profile for an administrator.
and BTW, do you have admin access to the machine?
