    Lanier LD645C

Customer email these pictures of the transfer unit, i have no manuals for this machine
because we are a Kyocera dealer and they have 3 km on site. What are we looking at replacing here
and is the parts still available. I did some searching and all i can come up with is a transfer guide
    plate assembly.

    That's the same as a Ricoh MP C4501/MP C5501

Here's the tech pub that shows you what to order, I have no idea if these parts are still available.

If you compare you photos with the illustrations in anothertech's reply in the area where the the metal plate is on the now style case you will see where the plastic has broken. Ricoh still used the same or similar in the C4502 so should still be available.

        D0894551, just replace the lot.
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

        Hit it.

              Found a couple on ebay:

This. I replace the whole assembly. It has all you need with the exception of ... D0296316, D0296318, D0296319. Order them all and replace them all, and if it's real bad and ripped the belt get a belt too D1446091 and the cleaning unit D0896022

i would pull the whole right door assembly off and shake it out as you will have a lot of small plastic that could cause damage or jamming once all is
                    put back together..

and i would check that top assembly with the white ribs as that piece usually cracks and causes issues..
FROM heat and time the plastic becomes brittle and easily broken...common on a lot of the older ricoh colors...
