    MP601 SC670-01

    First time putting eyes on this model. The book doesn't really pinpoint this issue.
    Anyone seen this?

      Same as any other Ricoh with this error try updating firmware before replacing any PCB

      • Description:Causes:Engine board does not start up.

          Thanks for the reply. Cannot update FW. Will not recognize SD card, cannot access service mode, nothing.

              Most likely a failed controller.

              But before you order a new one reseat all the connections & ram etc.

                  If it is an "Out Of Box" failure when you first set it up, contact Ricoh for warrantee replacement.
