        Yes... If everything works fine, the paper comes out from the exit section for ca. 15cm,then goes back in the machine for duplexing......but before it is about to jam,the paper comes out only 1 or 2cm...and then jams... I find the paper folded on the fuser unit

              Does it come out of the normal paper path exit or the upper duplex exit.

                  if it has a finisher, faulty bridge switches will not log a jam, but it really sounds like the exit unit
