You rotated it but still too low a pixel count to be readable on anything except the bottom line. So now we know the serial number.

i have just bought it from black market so i cant tell.
All i know is just when i start it, it shows that message

I would try reloading all firmware, could be the wrong firmware was loaded. Also reload/update Java. If there are any jave apps loaded try uninstalling them. Does it happen when disconnected from the network?
Try formatting the hard drive.

Looks like a regional issue.
Were you printing from Windows 10 at the time?

For Windows 10 users (version 1803)

There have been a few UTF-8 errors related to Mac OS as well.

Ricoh is working to release drivers with the fix implemented, but for now, please make sure to disable the setting when using Ricoh drivers.
