I would try reloading all firmware, could be the wrong firmware was loaded. Also reload/update Java. If there are any jave apps loaded try uninstalling them. Does it happen when disconnected from the network?
Try formatting the hard drive.Comment

Looks like a regional issue.
Were you printing from Windows 10 at the time?
For Windows 10 users (version 1803)
There have been a few UTF-8 errors related to Mac OS as well.Comment
