You may have some dust or toner haze on the K laser shield glass. Try using the shield glass cleaning stick that should be mounted inside the front door.

First the term OEM is used by after market suppliers to make you think you are buying a good product. It only means meets the basic recipe as to ingredients. It does not mean the same quality and consistency of Genuine. Very seldom do after market product receive the same testing and quality control as Genuine. There is only one after market supplier that I know whose developers and toners are as good as Ricoh and their prices are roughly the same if not higher. So is the developer you used merely OEM or is it trademark registered Genuine Ricoh?

That being said, a closer examination of the test pattern reveals that your problem is most likely not in the K PCDU unless all four PCDUs have exactly the same problem. Look at where the 4 vertical color bars cross the 4 horizontal bars. The same pattern of fading can be seen in all 4 colors. Assuming that the test sheet was fed narrow edge first that would indicate either the ITB or the PTR.

This test chart isn't good enough example. Print 4 pages A3(Ledger) CMYK solid color at 50% fill and post.
Your black looks very pale almost like old developer but there're many other things involved.

                Hey Slimslob

I think the PTR would be the cause, I could remember a customer had same issues on c3002, I had to clean the PTR with soft wet cloth and straighten all the little iron around it worked fine.
May I should do same thing or order new part PTR assy.

Take a closer look at where the horizontal and vertical color bars cross. It does affect all colors.

Look at the lower right hand portion of the PDF. The fade pattern crosses all 4 colors. Not as bad as the K but still there. M is the next most noticeable. C very little but still there.

Best to wait for the outcome I would place a 20p bet it's not ptr.

May be 2 different problems as well.
