What are the Total Color and B/W counts on this machine? This information would be super helpful.

I think Slim may be on to something. Possibly ITB unit (only thing aside from PTR that all colors share). Usually the PTR's on this model go over 1 million prints in our experience....rarely causes an image defect unless the entire transfer case is out of position (broken pin on rear side).
Lower left corner of the sample you can see the yellow square is almost completely washed out. And actually the yellow square on the right side is pretty bad too.
As Slim mentioned, the bottom right corner where the bars cross, you can see the defect in at least three colors, M,Y and K.
No matter where you look for black, it seems to me to be weak developer/toner mix.

Can't rule out the fuser either though.

      Please,
      mention counters of
pcu (unit or parts?), developer(box), F.U., paper transfer, ITB (cleaner).
Do you use original Ricoh parts?
Do you rebuild the pcu yourself?

        Hello Guys,
        I think I've found solution.
The developer didn't match toner, compatible toner was used against OEM developer, so I changed all developers to compatible developer and machine seems to be back again.
        Customers lie alot.

Of course many customers will lie. You know your customers.
Did they refill genuine cartridges with compatible toner powder or changed whole cartridges with compatible ones?

They refill genuine cartridge with compatible toner. Forgetting it an OEM developer, and lied it's original toner. Compatible developer must be used with compatible toner.

              are they on contract?

if so I would warn them that the next call for this problem will be a charge call.. explain to them that crap toner will: reduce life of drum/belts/fusers.

many think they are saving money but if you run the numbers they will see there is NO benefit in doing so.

I would argue that both of these options are bad ones, and while you may have resolved the issue..... for now.....your troubles are just beginning.

I already told not to call me for this crab again. Trying to saving money at the end punishing engineer's as if the engineer knows nothing, unknowingly its crab toner or developer.
I won't for the customer again.

Saving cost.. I already told them not to call me until genuine toner and developer is used or I'll call a cop for them.

My customers get a big fat bill for a call like that. All new PCDU units to restore machine to factory spec, labor to vacuum out all toner hoppers and replace said parts, refill with genuine Ricoh toner and don't complain about poor print quality if you use crap toner. And if they don't agree , cancel contract and all calls from then on are billable.
