Dear good evening, I hope you are very well. I need if you can guide me I have a RICOH mp c307 with a vertical stain, which is repeated when I take more prints and copies (see photo). clean and discard imaging units, fuser unit, clean the lenses of the two lasers. the transfer band is changed 3 months ago.
I listen to suggestions.

By vertical do you mean parallel to or perpendicular to the direction of paper travel?

hello, by vertical I mean perpendicular (white spot present along the A4 sheet). This spot repeats as a pattern in subsequent prints.

Why would you not print out and upload an actual colour test page? That is how one troubleshoots which colour(s) are the possible cause of the issue. It is VERY difficult to do that with a photo!

Are you talking about the white lines on your image.

This looks like clots in one of your colour dev units. Set the machine for single colour mode, and reprint, so that you can see which unit is making missing colour in those areas.

Agreed. I would just say that to me, the simpler solution is to print the colour test page which will show each of the colours that may be causing problems.

If you have cleaned under laser it will be one of the drum cyan or yellow looks to me as you can see red at the bottom of the page

It looks to me like all colors or colours are affected. The lines do extend through the red background of the text at the bottom.

Check if the PTR has any score marks in it.

That would be from the other colours in that shad of red best if he does single colour copy
