    [Misc] Black square when scanning only

    Hello, Has anyone ever had a problem when scanning there will be a black box in the middle of the paper?Using konica model B/W 458E.This is happen only if use for scan other than that nothing wrong.I have reconnect the ccd cable,prcb cable and all other cable that connect to the scanner unit and also i already upgrade latest firmware.

      Might be a memory or HDD error in the portion use for the scanning function.

              Thank you all, right now i do physical format for hdd, i will update later.
