Ricoh mpc2051

Hi everyone,
I got a customer c2051, it has this yellow straight lines at the center of the paper both copy or print, at times yellow, cyan or magenta.
Does anyone has the idea of what could be the problem.
See attached for further clarification.

Yep. Real easy to replace too. If the belt isn't screwed up as well. I have rarely to never had a ITB cleaning unit fail on one of those.

Without PM counters to give us the facts, those samples are just skid marks IMHO.

Open the right door you can view the transfer belt & see this line on the belt?

If this is a low use machine remove the cleaning unit, empty the waste toner & clean the blade & reassemble this will resolve the issue temporarily until you can replace the cleaning unit.

You access this part from the left side on the machine (2 screws cover drops down)

Ok, I'll do that for the mean time till the cleaning blade of the ITB is changed.

i ve seen a lot of times small debris or small piece of paper up against the itb blade.
just pull it out and check,and clean

If he didn't do that already(was mentioned from several members) he just doesn't deserve advices anymore.
