You can start by reading Ricoh's current documentation and watching their video nuggets on Youtube. Be aware that the operation is different for iOS and android. You also need the appropriate Ricoh App for your device.

Most reliable way is to use the Ricoh Smart Device Connector app.

You can print via Bluetooth, QR code or as I recommend my customers do IP.

i have already the video on youtube, but i don't understand what kind of badge reader is right for this use.
i have purchase on amazon a nfc usb reader but not work.
i have connect a equitrack badge reader, it work but i don't know which card i can use
i need to join rhe user code to a badge

The NFC badge is read by an android mobile device to connection information.
