    MP C307 has blank screen

Can anyone help with a MP C307 that has a blank screen with only the blue power light on in the top right of the control panel ? The fuser warms up but the machine won't print, copy or scan. Any suggestions.

I'd try accessing Web Image Monitor to look for any alerts or error codes, but I suspect it's a faulty controller

Could also be the ops panel main board.
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

      Hit it.

        I agree with TonerMunkeh.
Usually it's the Op Panel that has crapped out. We normally send ours into Hytec for repair as this is cheaper than buying a new one.
If you have a good donor machine, I would try swapping the op panel to see if that is indeed what it is, and if that doesn't solve it, then you may be looking at a controller.

                  Thanks for the update.

Interesting that this stopped the machine from printing.
