On the serial number sticker on the back of the machine, there will be an engine number, i.e. B039. Can we have that so we can get the proper model number please.

yes then:

when I start to print it stops after 3 pages without error on the printer apart from the darker display but only error on the pc it stops What can it be? .... I need the manual to read if it talks about this problem, thanks

Slim, TS made a few posts in good enough English so I think chances are high he can use manual from mika.

what operating system are you using and with which driver? Which port are you using? When crashes what error does the machine or PC indicate?
Tomorrow I could look for the manual in Italian in the labyrinth of the warehouse, I will let you know with a pm

In the meantime I have solved the problem of the print block was due to a different driver, now I have installed the one from the ricoh site and everything works fine.

If you are in Italy and you do a search for Aficio 1015 operator manual, it might bring up one in Italian.

Se sei in Italia e cerchi il manuale dell'operatore di Aficio 1015, potrebbe comparire uno in italiano.

Manualslib also has the System settings manuals and the Service Manual but I don't know if they have them in Italian.
