RPCS driver discontinued years ago. You can get latest PCL driver here

once you have downloaded the driver you have to look for it in the "Temp" folder or in the downloads, open it wherever you want. Add the "new printer" by creating a dedicated IP port and looking for the driver in the folder.
what do you mean using SD card?

        Re: MP3500 Only RPCS

If your MP 3500 has only support for RPCS printing nthen in all likelihood lack either the required memory or an the HDD needed to support PCL/PS3. The RPCS driver is still available but not listed for Windows 8.1 or Windows 10 because Ricoh no longer had a license to use RPCL for new products or new drivers for older products. On the driver page that 8T2 gave a link to click on "Choose other OS" and under Windows select the correct Windows 7 RPCS driver.

The kit needed to add PCL printing to a RPCS only machine includes additional memory, an HDD and a SD card to install the firmware.

              Thanks in advance.

You have to order it entire kit from Ricoh or a used equipment wholesaler.
