    Re: MPC3504

The machines are part of batch in from the trade
i was wondering if they had either ex version screens or the wrong firmware on them
i did try resetting to factory and clearing all options in the android settings
im going to have a good look at the firmware and screen numbers see if i can identify the differences
    Thanks for all the Help

None of the machines have ex on the badges or serial sticker
but that doesn't guarantee the haven't had the wrong screens fitted lol
iam wondering if they are possibly 1st Generation screens

99.9% This is due to one of these 3 things

                  1) Incorrect panel
                  2) Firmware not correct/latest
                  3)Faulty Controller / Panel

                  1) Look behind the panel and you should see a sticker with serial no and Part #. Post the part # here.

                  2) Print out firmware versions and post here or take a picture of the firmware versions. Double check to see if your animation version is latest. Should be D238-D239-D243-D244_Animation_v1.08_SDcard
If it works, don't touch it.
