Toner Dusting on LSU slit glass

Hello,

I have a C651ex, i have a reoccurring problem with toner dusting up onto the slit glass for the LSU.
It stared with one machine and replaced the filters and seals for the top of the dev and toner entrance. I even swapped the PCDU with another machine and the problem followed the PCDU. So next I replaced the PCDU. Couple of days later I'm down here again cleaning the slit glass from dusting.

Is there a setting or a page in the SM or a mode I can change to help stop it?
If you can just point me in a direction to look at

The problem is you not setting up not good to swap from other machine replace developer and setup correctly also make sure the filters are clean or new
