Hello Dear,

I have a crazy ricoh af-1515mf.

I turn on the machine and gw controller after is run, it's ok.
a few seconds after Fax options button is red light. I click this button and show the this screen. " Func. Problems Data will be initialized. " and show a button on screen "OK" I click the ok button. After machines turn off the fax options I click the fax button but machines beep beep a few seconds after a message show on screen. " Problem: Adress book data. All data has ben deleted."

C-107-C- 2. Fax SP. - Ram. Erase all files- Execute

After I turn off machine after turn on machine and problem is not found. After I turn off the machine a night. I turn on the machine next day. Problem is show.

I suspect or thinking maybe battery is end on mbu. or battery is not charge.

Most likely either the battery on the fax option is dead or the jumper on the board to turn the battery on is not in the right position. The jumper must be shorted (jumper set to connect both pins).

So this jumper isn't attached on FCU. (jumper set to connect both pins). it is short.

Enter the Fax sp= 2103-1 (Com. sw) enter the TURKEY code 20 setting
1104-01 Bit sw = 0000 0000 setting ECM mode OFF position

I perform this setting now machine is turn off. I'm wait one or two day. After turn on the machine and I observation the machine after I write good news on this topic.

hehehe, turning OF EMC= Error Correction

even if you recieve a half page fax it will be considered as a full recieved fax, TX will recieve OK after sending.

Well you never know how things work in Turkey, maybe you call RX and ask if he recieve a full paged fax, LOL...
