My customer's IT is trying to disable scans to the ScanRouter. He has configured the scan to folder and disabled the ScanRouter but the copier is not recognizing that the ScanRouter has been disabled and continues to point to that server. Any ideas on how he can force it to use the local configuration? My understanding is that the servers that are currently using the ScanRouter are being retied soon and they are wanting to get the scans to the new server.

Can't they just uninstall the program? Ancient technology.NEVER ASSUME ANYTHING -

I walked down that road many times, where ScanRouter had been removed.“I think you should treat good friends like a fine wine. That’s why I keep mine locked up in the basement.” - Tim HawkinsComment

That 'delivery option' is under file transfer I believe.
I can't believe this old, dead and buried, long forgotten (and not missed), software has yet again so rudely re-emerged right before the New year!Comment

If you run an SMC report, there is an entry for "Use Cherry Server", which is either on on off. (I don't remember the number, sorry.)
"Cherry Server" was ScanRouter Pro, which was different from Lite.Comment
