The print job goes in the printque, and disappears there after a little while, as if it would have been printed out, but it did not.<br>This problem only occurs with PDF's that comes with an attachement (or from the internet), not with self made PDF's.<br>Even when these pdf doc's where stored on the HDD and printed from the HDD, is no solution. <br>If the pdf was set to Jpeg, than it would print.<br>This imc2000 has a full Post Script (option) on board.<br>Thanks (again) for your help.

Re: imc2000 on a Mac Apple - sometimes no PDF print
What application are you using to open the PDF? Acrobat has a protected mode for online and attachments that can cause similar issues, though at least in Windows it prevents them from even printing. Without a Mac handy I can't confirm whether the same feature exists on one.
Do you get the same issue trying with Preview (built-in Mac application)?

Check that you have the correct driver installed to print via ipp & not the MAC universal etc.

Hi, did you look at syslog for errors?

And also job history.

I assume that DATA has been cancelled. Sometimes there is message DATA error in history.
Also look at the hold jobs, in case job was skipped. There is function in Printer - system - for skipping jobs
