    Ricoh MP C4503

    s/c370-2,370-3 codes-I would clean ID sensors, and it would clear up, but now it's returning, alot more...I have replaced the ITB, an no change, any suggestions appreciated...thank,

    Is the image density OK on the transfer belt for all colours? You can interrupt the print process and check the image on the belt - In case it is looking OK you might have a faulty ID sensor but that's pretty rare. Also check the corresponding SPs with the birth sheet in case the value went of the roof during a bad calibration run.
