I am having a bit of trouble getting into service program. I can get into the main service program, also factory mode, but it will not go into the individual program, ie. copy, printer, scanner, fax, portions. Not grayed out. Just beeps. Hmmm. What up with this?

Yes, it is. It is actually from another machine. The one I am having problems with had the 672-11 code with the op panel non-responsive at all, buttons or otherwise. I am able to get into the firmware update box but that's it. Am I dealing with a controller board issue? I was just recently repaired by Hytec.Comment
