[Misc] 404 page not found

I have a problem with Ricoh MP301SP in we interface it shows error with 404 not found machine is available on the network and PC printing is ok but can't access web gui any body advise.

Have you tried connecting dierectly to device with LAN cable and bypassing network? You sure the PC and device are in the same IP range and Subnet?

Almost all medium and enterprise engine have a SP setting to enable/disable NIC and USB. I am not sure about this particular model but you can check it in the Service mode.
Ensure it is set to 1:enable

This can happen if a device certificate has been improperly created. To check try accessing as https instead of http.

Have you tried another browser?

Also update the firmware.
