    [Misc] Ricoh mpc2800/3300 toner sign

    Hy, having issues with ricoh mpc2800/mpc3300. Showing toner loading sign every time turning on original toners installed, toner pumps and chips working perfectly on other machines, the issue is common for this models and at times have two machines which have stalled permanently. but is feed toner manual to dev units works well. is there any reset procedure?? Any leads to sort this issue will be highly appreciated.

      Could be the pump tube blocked also replacing developer and set up

          do this: take out the pcdu, and look in the loading hole, if you see that it is completely empty, then it is the pump, if instead you see that it is ultra full to the brim, then the development group is broken internally, check also the condition of the gears that have not worn out

              Is it related to a particular Colour, when you replace the toner bottle?

                      what is the life counts on the dev units?

                      are they using OEM genuine toners?

                      total pages on the machine?

                          What you describe is exactly what happens when Toner End Detection: Set SP 3045 is turned off. When power is turned on or the machine comes out of sleep mode Process Control runs to check all development units and the toner supply system.
