    MPC307 Airprint

    Hi,

Got this customer complaining that when his machine is in sleep mode he can't use the airprint function because the netwotk is not showing his MPC307.
When active and coming out of the sleeping mode the machine is seen and ready for airprint.

Is this an issue from the network or an adjustment in the machine?

    anyone?
    Thanks in advance

    gr George

This seems to be a common problem across different manufacturers.

I have a Brother laser printer at home, and I had the very same issue with it when I first bought it. A firmware flash fixed it immediately.

I wonder if some specs for AirPrint changed a few years ago. I know that specs for PCL change from time to time...lotsa stories on that one.
