Microsoft recent updates as usual wrecked havoc.
Try uninstall those from elevated Command prompt:
wusa /uninstall /kb:5000802
wusa /uninstall /kb:5000808A tree is known by its fruit, a man by his deeds. A good deed is never lost, he who sows courtesy, reaps friendship, and he who plants kindness gathers love.

A recent Windows 10 update is the most likely cause. KB5000802 on most systems
There are several threads in the KM forum regarding this.

If updating doesn't work, try installing PCL6 Universal Driver V4' "But the salesman said . . ." The salesman's an asshole!'

I've got two calls for this exact issue today. I too, believe that the Microsoft Update is behind it somehow.
So you're printing JPG files from Microsoft Photo Viewer or Microsoft Picture and Fax Viewer ... correct? And you're getting blank areas 3" to5" wide in the feed direction, through your photo, yes?
My suggestion is to install a non-Microsoft JPG viewer like Irfanview
Download IrfanView
It has many more features than either of the Microsoft options, it's free, and IT WORKS.
=^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
