We have 2x MP 201 SPF multi-function copiers in our small company, they still work perfectly for our very basic needs.
One of them has a fairly recent firmware which works smoothly with our newest servers (system v1.09, Network Support v9.08), and another one that is running an older firmware (system 1.08, network support 9.06). The latter one is giving us a hard time for fax or scan to folder on our freshly upgraded servers due to the old SMB protocol
The copier with the most recent firmware runs perfectly with fax/scan to folder feature.
I found a few threads on this forum discussing about the firmware updates and SMB issues but can't seem to find a way to download the latest firmware (I found some links to the Ricoh website but I don't have access to it).
This includes: MP201 Windows 10 scan to folder
But apparently, there is a newer firmware.
Would someone be able to help me get the latest firmware to solve our issues with the second MP 201 SPF running on the older firmware?
Do I need to update the system and the network firmware separately or is there a single update that update all firmware in a single process?
Also, do I need to do the firmware update through SD card or can I simply do it over the web interface (under Device Settings > Firmware Update)?
